Owners of Hotel/ Guest House/ Dharmashala /Individual House/ University/ Hospital/ Institute/ Others etc. who provide accommodation to foreigners need to apply online for Registration so that it may enable them to feed Form-C data online. They need to submit printed copy with stamp to FRO, Khagaria for approval.
